Creation of a promotional poster in Photoshop
The idea was to create a cover or poster for the song Cara B by Julia Medina and Ainoa Buitrago.
When I thought about designing a poster for this song, a cassette tape always came to my mind, but I wanted the girls to appear, or to be visible. And what I thought of doing was to form with the tape of the cassette the silhouette of both of them.
To achieve this, I designed a cassette, made the silhouette of the girls through an image tracing in illustrator and joined both parts, thus giving the result I had in mind from the beginning.
Then, I placed the resulting poster in several mock ups, to see how it would be implemented in different formats.
